We offer a variety of services including bed and breakfast, day sails to nearby beaches, or a more exclusive private charter sailing to remote US territory beaches off the beaten path. Bed and breakfast bookings and charters are private, guests will only share the boat with the crew. Day sails are can provide an opportunity to meet new people while exploring nearby beaches and snorkeling stops or can be booked privately. We like to keep our services more personalized and limit passengers to 12 persons for day trips.

The house was completely renovated and finished in Feb.2019. The pool and hot tub have amazing views. The great room upstairs is a wonderful gather spot for all and features a 70-inch smart TV.

The Bayview Villa was fully renovated for 2020, Doors and windows, kitchen cabinets and appliances, all furniture, new landscaping, paint inside and out, Wi-Fi throughout. However, the new owners kept the original name, not only is it bad luck to change the name, but the name is precisely descriptive of the most outstanding thing about the property, the views! As construction proceeded, everybody that worked on the project was awed by the views and we were told several times that the views from this property would likely be in the top 10 views from any house on the island; from the back porches and windows (north shore, Atlantic Ocean), Maho Bay, Francis Bay, and the Great Harbor on Jost Van Dyke/Foxy’s and the neighboring Soggy Dollar; from the front porches and windows (south shore, Caribbean Ocean) a full view of Coral Bay, Bordeaux Mountain and several more of the BVI’s.
