Connections East

Located in Coral Bay at the Skinny Leg’s Bar & Restaurant complex, Connections East offers friendly mail service, internet access, postal supplies, fax/scan capabilities, the often needed notary public, and lots of local knowledge.

“Jennections”, a nickname for the business after owner Jenn, is the pulse of the east side of St. John. Get the scoop on charter boats in Coral Bay or Cruz Bay, learn about snorkel spots or hikes, check rental or job positions on the bulletin board, or buy a piece of Jenn’s artwork hanging on the walls of the office.

Due to Covid 19, the office is not open for walk-in business, but services are available one customer at a time. Ring the bell at the parking lot pick up door or tap on the window by the front entrance to let who is working know you would like to print documents, purchase stamps, notarize paperwork, or mail packages.

Connections East mail center can mail your postcards, hook you up to the internet, and mail all your presents home.

An application accompanied by two forms of ID, one with a photograph, are required when registering for service. Birth certificate, SSN, or credit cards are not accepted. Fees range from per piece mail to per month or a full year, different for individual or household or business. New clients must sign up for a minimum of 3 months.

Visiting tourists are welcome to use the service to ship down supplies or snorkel equipment ahead of arrival. Price is based on the size/weight of the box. Packages need to be picked up within four days of delivery or storage charges will be added to the price of the item received. Please communicate via email before posting, include contact information, date of arrival, and name of person collecting parcel if you cannot.

Connections East receives from USPS/FedEx/DHL/UPS, but only uses USPS to ship our mail/packages. No Western Union or any money transfer services.
